AI Anime Storytelling Is Crazy Now
I used Claude as the creative director for an entire anime short film.
Claude created the storyboard with GPT Image 2.0 through the Vidfield.ai MCP.
Then it used the same storyboard to generate a cinematic animated scene with Seedance 2.0.
No complicated editing workflow.
Everything was controlled through a simple Claude conversation.
Here is the complete step-by-step process with the exact prompts.

Claude acts as the creative director.
Vidfield.ai MCP gives Claude access to AI image and video models.
GPT Image 2.0 creates the character sheet and storyboard.
Seedance 2.0 turns that storyboard into a finished cinematic anime sequence.
The complete workflow looks like this:

## Step 1: Connect Vidfield MCP With Claude
Go to Vidfield.ai and connect the Vidfield MCP to Claude.
Once connected, Claude can use Vidfield’s image and video generation tools directly from your conversation.
Open Claude and ask it to generate a storyboard using GPT Image 2.0.
You only need one strong storyboard image containing the characters, environment, camera direction and complete story.
