I turned Claude into an entire company. 42 skills, organized like a real org chart. Here's every department, where to get it, and how to hire it in one afternoon.

So I hired 42 skills, gave each a desk, and drew an org chart.
Everyone is real. Everyone is installable today.
Last month, a founder with zero employees kept apologizing for how "small" her operation was.

## Old Way Vs New Way
Old way → You describe your whole situation from scratch, get a generic answer, re-explain, and give up.
New way → You install a skill that already knows the job. "Review this contract" → every clause flagged GREEN / YELLOW / RED. No re-briefing.
